These are loaded into the 3D measuring machine using a robot or a configured feeding system and placed on the rotation table module. Manual individual placement is no longer needed, and throughputs are increased.

ZEISS ScanBox 4105 RC (Remote Control) is an optical 3D measuring machine with a motorized sliding door. Parts up to 500 mm in size can be loaded into the ZEISS ScanBox 4105 RC with a robot or an individually configured feeding system and placed on the rotation table module. The elimination of manual individual placement significantly reduces the time required and thus ensures a higher throughput in quality assurance.
