SERVOCUT är det perfekta valet för ett brett utbud av material och för tunga skärande applikationer. Den kombinerar de två väl beprövade snittmetoderna i samma maskin:
Vertikal kapning: Provbiten kläms och kapskivan närmar provet via en vipparm.
Bordmatnings kapning: Provbiten kläms fast i bordet och bordet förs mot den roterande kapskivan.

Provbiten som skall skäras kan placeras noggrant i en 3 axel fixtur, som visas digitalt på frontpanelen.
SERVOCUT är tillgänglig i fyra storlekar och i automatiserad eller manuella versioner.
SERVOCUT 302: (kapskiva med en diameter av 250/300 mm max kap 90/115mm
SERVOCUT 402: (kapskiva med en diameter 400mm max kap 150mm
SERVOCUT 502: (kapskiva med en diameter 500mm max kap 180mm
SERVOCUT 602: (kapskiva med en diameter 600mm max kap 225mm 

Alla kapar i Servocut serien har variabel rotations hastighet för optimal kapning av olika material, utan att behöva byta kapskiva.
Finns också tillgänglig med olika kapmetoder så som Diagonal kapning, Steg kapning och Segment kapning.

Segment kapning:för svåra prov bitar

Med Servocut serien medföljer en standard uppsättning av förbruknings varor så som ett urval av 20 olika kapskivor och 5 liter metcool kylvätska.
